In the past few years, Ruukki has been constructing several sales, maintenance, and workshop buildings for different car dealerships in Finland. These include, for instance, Audi-Center in Turku, AutoBest in Jyväskylä, Autokeskus in Raisio, Delta-Auto in Oulu, Wetteri in Kajaani and Veho corporation's buildings in Lahti, Siilinjärvi and Pori.

In Lahti, Hämeenmaa Properties is constructed a new sales and workshop building for the company Vesijärven Auto Oy. Once again, Ruukki's strong know-how was trusted and, as an indication of this, a large proportion of the deliveries, including installations, came from Ruukki.
