The project was set with high requirements especially regarding energy efficiency. Ruukki® Energy Panel system was used due to its guaranteed airtightness. Requirement was q50=1.0 or lower, and this target was reached with flying colors. Third party measurement included in the system showed an excellent result regarding airtightness of the shell (q50=0.6).
