Sandwich panel SPA E Life for external wall
Sandwich panel SPA E Life is available in thicknesses 150 - 230 mm.
With its core made of recycled glass, this sustainable sandwich panel minimises the use of raw materials and energy as well as reduces the carbon emissions during the construction phase. Our Life panel can be re-used and fully recycled. It is an ideal solution for facades with high requirements for sustainability.
Using Ruukki's solutions you can receive more credits in LEED and BREEAM certification systems. This panel type is intruder resistant in accordance with SSF 1047, class 2 (see Certificates & approvals).
The gaskets integrated in the joint provide reliable airtightness of the panel as a standard. For maximum performance of the wall as a whole upgrade to the full Ruukki Airtightness package including dedicated details and accessories.

The filling consisting of non-combustible and environmentally friendly soft glass mineral wool with low thermal conductivity coefficient ensures very good thermal insulation of this panel.

UV resistance describes how well the coating is able to keep its original colour and gloss levels in accordance with EN10169. The higher the class, the better the resistance.

Traypan® software for designing sandwich panels
With TrayPan®, you can design metal faced sandwich panels made by Ruukki. A panel structure can be designed as a single- or multi-span construction. You can easily give, with a few parameters, both suction and pressure loads caused by the wind. The application also calculates the necessary fasteners.
