Ruukki’s new Claddings Excellence Team gathered together for its first ever face-to-face workshop in Pärnu, Estonia on 20-21.4.2022. The team, which started from beginning of 2022, focuses on supporting our sales team in all cladding related topics. Claddings Excellence Team helps sales for example in specifying the optimal cladding solution for offers and later after the deal is closed, in managing the project and its design work. This helps sales persons’ work and also improves our internal information flow and efficiency. All this finally contributes to better customer experience.
The workshop in Pärnu focused on agreeing common ways of working, prioritizing improvement actions as well as sharing existing best practices between countries. The team also familiarized itself with production capabilities and even had the opportunity to assemble some Primo cassettes for a real customer order! It was also eye opening to see how the production of a special product differs from standard product – it has been discussed many times, but seeing it in reality finally made it more concrete.
The team will be growing soon as recruitments are still ongoing in some of our countries.
