Ruukki delivered about 8000 m2 of sandwich panels with a polyurethane core in two stages of the construction project in 2012 and 2013. Panels were used for wall and roof envelope and included panels designed for cold storage.
„Kaliski Pomidor”, a Group of Vegetable Producers, was established in 2003. The Group uses the latest technologies in its tomato production.
Ruukki delivered about 8000 m2 of sandwich panels with a polyurethane core in two stages of the construction project in 2012 and 2013. Panels were used for wall and roof envelope and included panels designed for cold storage.
Investor promotes modern solutions and therefore it decided to use panels for cold storage with EPDM seal applied during production. This solution ensures proper sealing, increases effectiveness of thermal insulation, enables installation in low temperatures and significantly shortens assembly time.
Ruukki participated in this project from the designing stage to the construction stage – cooperation with a General Contractor and installation company.
