During the project implementation, the historical industrial area was rebuilt into a production complex that meets modern requirements. Both main functions, the production facility and the architectural solutions of the building have high added value.

Ruukki design profiled sheets with different perforation intensities were used in the building exterior, diversifying the appearance of the facade. Ruukki supplied a full set of facade cladding materials – Ruukki Energy sandwich panels, the frame structure, and cladding materials. The complex facade system is certified and is a safe solution for the customer to receive high-quality service and a full set of exterior wall construction materials from one manufacturer.
