Killustiku 2 commercial building, Pärnu, Estonia

The concept for the solution was created by architect Alari Arras. The owner, Metavara OÜ, wanted the building to be more than just a standard sandwich panel structure.

The collaboration between Ruukki and the client ran smoothly. During installation, the construction team developed precise methods and tools to ensure a clean and accurate final result.
To achieve the best outcome, the façade elements were ordered in two stages. First, standard-sized elements with typical angles were produced and installed. In the second stage, custom-sized elements were manufactured for the building corners and around window and door openings.
