Family house, Budapest

Liberta™ Cor-Ten cladding was an expressed customer's demand on this family house. The patinated steel colour, which appears on the street façade and on the entrance pillar, fits well with the greenery of the suburban environment, with the design of the building, as well as with the used noble materials.

Patinated rust brown colour in green environment

Liberta™ Cor-Ten cladding was an expressed customer's demand on this family house, which is located in the II/A district of Budapest.

The patinated steel colour, which appears on the street façade and on the entrance pillar, fits well with the greenery of the suburban environment, with the design of the building, as well as with the used noble materials. The Cor-Ten is eye-catching and divisive, but it also serves the purpose of the owner who did not want to live in a ‘boring’ gray house.

For the vertical rectangular appearance we delivered Ruukki's pre-bent Liberta™ Cor-Ten 700 elements. The corner elements and the pitched pieced at the roof required from the production perhaps more special elements than average, but these are standards without any problem.
