Ruukki Construction, part of SSAB and a leading supplier of sustainable, steel-based building products, has appointed Viktor Strömberg as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Leadership Team. The appointment will take effect on May 1, 2026.

Viktor Strömberg has served as interim CFO of Ruukki Construction since January 2026. He joined the role from his position as Head of Strategy and Digitalization at SSAB, and brings extensive experience in financial analysis, business development, and digitalization. He has also served on the boards of Ruukki Construction and Plannja.

His strategic mindset and deep understanding of our business make him an excellent fit to support the execution of Ruukki’s growth strategy.
