Known as an accomplished business partner, Ruukki was chosen to implement a demandingly scheduled office construction project, Tower 2 of Business Park Mankkaa.

The tower was built on a narrow quarry property and linked to Tower 1. Ruukki had also participated in the project's first phase, completed in 2004.
