The main target was to arrange the outer facade with proper fastenings and avoid cold bridges through the facade structure. At the same time, the installation of the facade elements and outer glass aluminium facade had to be as easy and fast as possible.

The building solution was achieved in very close cooperation between Ruukki and the client UAB Hronas. Ruukki delivered prefabricated wall elements for the project. The design of the elements was done very carefully and the load-carrying consoles were fastened to the thermo purlins, not directly to the main structure. The standard elements were of 1.1 m in height and 6.0 m in length.
