Ruukki delivered the complete envelope for IKEA’s latest investment in Russia. This huge mall hosts four retail giants: IKEA, Auchan, OBI and Mega. This big project was challenging for both Ruukki and the general contractor. Also, this time the good cooperation produced results that even exceeded the customer's expectations.

The design of the building envelope was conducted in close cooperation with the client, respecting the architectural design's requirements. Continuous technical consultation and supervision was given to construction project partners during the whole project. The tight schedule (Jan-Mar 2006) was respected with accuracy and mutually well-planned delivery timing.
