Ruukki Construction’s New UK Service Model

At the beginning of January, Ruukki UK announced a new service model in the United Kingdom. This change means that we will now serve our UK customers from our sales offices outside the UK. Our Solihull office will close later in the year.

Despite this change this will does not affect our ability to serve our customers in UK in any way and we will continue to offer the same level of response and service as we have always done. I would also like to emphasize that the transition has no impact on any ongoing projects and deliveries.

The new service model will mean the current UK team will no longer exist and there will be new contacts whom are located close to the production facilities, product development departments. This technical team which continue to ensure a quick response, smooth processing and an excellent customer experience, as we have always offered.

Our current Technical & Sales Coordinator, Elmer Larsen (elmer.larsen@ruukki.com; +447979748868) will continue to handle all ongoing projects and deliveries as agreed and will ensure a smooth transition to new service model. For all new enquiries, please continue to contact Mr. Larsen until you are advised otherwise.

We are hoping to provide you with the new contact details during February and we expect the transition to the new model to be completed in full by the end of March 2019.
