Colour-coated materials

Colour-coated metal facade products are a durable way to use colours in all sizes of surfaces and colour compositions.

GreenCoat HIARC (steel)

GreenCoat Hiarc is a zinc-coated steel painted on both sides in carefully monitored factory conditions. The coating on front side is primer plus colour layers and on the backside primer plus epoxy. HIARC coated steel is available in wide range of RR colours.

Patented BT coating technology

In many of our products we use GreenCoat colour coated steel. GreenCoat is Bio-based Technology (BT) coating where a substantial portion of traditional fossil oil is replaced by Swedish rapeseed oil. GreenCoat products are highly resistant to corrosion, UV radiation as well as scratches. They provide builders with a lightweight material that is easy to work with even down to -15°C.

Powder paint (steel & aluminum)

Powder painting is a flexible option for steel and aluminum, offering wide range of RAL colours even in small quantities. The coating on front side is primer plus epoxy plus powder painting layer and on the backside primer plus epoxy. Powder painting is ideal for perforated cladding products made of thicker (≥ 0.7mm) steel, e.g. Libertas and Lamellas. 
 

PVDF (aluminum) 

PVDF coated aluminum is coated on front side with primer plus colour coat in carefully monitored factory conditions. PVDF coated aluminum is an ideal material for perforated cladding products and is available in most common RAL colours.

All standard colours are also available in GreenCoat Hiarc Max version for corrosivity category C4 (non-stock materials with minimum order quantity of 900 m2 for 1.2 mm material and 2000 m2 for 0.6 mm material).
Material thickness 1.2 mm is used in Liberta & Lamella products and 0.6 mm in Design profiles.
UV resistance describes how well the coating is able to keep its original colour and gloss levels in accordance with EN10169. The higher the class, the better the resistance.
Corrosivity categories describe the outdoor climate conditions in accordance with EN12944. The higher the category, the more corrosive environment.
